Bitmine Immersion Technologies Engages New Auditor

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. has dismissed Bush & Associates CPA LLC as its independent registered public accounting firm and has appointed KPMG LLP as its new auditor, effective from the quarter ending May 31, 2026. The change was recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. There were no disagreements with Bush & Associates on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure during the fiscal years ended August 31, 2025, and 2024, and the subsequent interim period through April 27, 2026.
