Bitmine Immersion Technologies Announces Sales Agreement for ATM Shares

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. has entered into a Sales Agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and ThinkEquity LLC, allowing the company to offer and sell shares of its common stock to or through Cantor under the Sales Agreement. The sales, if any, will be made in transactions deemed to be 'at the market offerings' or by any other method permitted by law.
