On November 8, 2024, Kelly A. Ayotte, a member of the board of directors of Blackstone Inc., notified the company of her intention to resign from the Board, effective November 14, 2024. Her resignation follows her election as governor of New Hampshire. The size of the Board will be reduced from nine members to eight members effective the resignation date. Blackstone and the Board thank Ms. Ayotte for her valuable contributions.
