Beril Yildiz as Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, effective September 22, 2025. Ms. Yildiz, previously with International Flavors & Fragrances Inc., will succeed Mr. Patrick Goris, who will continue as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Her compensation package includes an annual base salary of $500,000, participation in the annual bonus plan, long-term incentive plan, a sign-on equity grant valued at $750,000, and a cash sign-on award of $800,000.
