Casey's General Stores Announces New Board Member
Casey's General Stores, Inc. has announced the appointment of Maria Castañón Moats to its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2024. Ms. Castañón Moats, a retiring partner from PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, will bring over 30 years of public accounting experience to the Board. She will serve on the Audit Committee and will stand for election at the Company's 2024 annual shareholders' meeting. The Company also issued a press release on June 11, 2024, regarding the expansion of the Board and Ms. Castañón Moats' appointment. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
