Caterpillar Inc. Enters New Credit Agreements and Amends Existing Ones

On August 27, 2026, Caterpillar Inc. entered into a new 364-Day Credit Agreement providing an unsecured revolving credit facility of up to $3.5 billion, which expires on August 26, 2027. Additionally, Caterpillar amended and restated its existing Three-Year and Five-Year Credit Agreements, extending their expiration dates to August 27, 2029 and August 27, 2031, respectively, and increasing their aggregate commitments to $3.0 billion and $5.0 billion. These Credit Facilities are available for general corporate purposes and include financial covenants such as maintaining consolidated net worth and interest coverage ratios.
