CBRE Group to Acquire Industrious and Create New Business Segment
On January 14, 2025, CBRE Group, Inc. announced a definitive agreement to acquire Industrious National Management Company, LLC, a leading provider of flexible office solutions. The acquisition will result in the creation of a new business segment called Building Operations & Experience (BOE). Industrious CEO and co-founder Jamie Hodari will join CBRE as CEO of the BOE segment and Chief Commercial Officer. Vikram Kohli, CBRE's Chief Operating Officer, has been promoted with added responsibilities as CEO of Advisory Services. The transaction is expected to close later this month and is anticipated to be immediately accretive to CBRE's 2025 core EBITDA and free cash flow.
