CBRE Group Announces Issuance of $750 Million Senior Notes
On November 5, 2025, CBRE Group, Inc. and its subsidiary CBRE Services, Inc. announced the issuance of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.900% Senior Notes due 2033. The notes are being issued under a registration statement on Form S-3, with the sale expected to close on November 13, 2025, subject to customary conditions. The proceeds will be used to repay borrowings related to the acquisition of Pearce Services, LLC and for other corporate purposes. The underwriting agreement is attached as Exhibit 1.1.
