Crown Castle Announces CEO Transition
Crown Castle Inc. announced on March 24, 2025, that Steven J. Moskowitz has ceased to serve as President and CEO, effective March 23, 2025. Daniel K. Schlanger, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Interim President and CEO. The Board of Directors is conducting a search for a successor. Schlanger will serve as Interim CEO until a successor is identified, at which point he is expected to be appointed Chief Transformation Officer. The company has also furnished a press release regarding these matters.
