Christopher D. Bohn Appointed as New CEO of CF Industries Holdings, Inc.
CF Industries Holdings, Inc. announced on December 19, 2025, that its Board of Directors elected Christopher D. Bohn as the new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 4, 2026. Bohn, currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will receive an increased base salary of $1,100,000 and a target annual incentive award of 135% of his base salary. His long-term incentive award target value for 2026 is set at $7,500,000, comprising performance restricted stock units and restricted stock units. Additionally, his Change in Control Severance Agreement has been amended to increase termination benefits, including a lump sum payment, continuation of welfare benefits, and pension contributions. These changes are detailed in an amended Change in Control Severance Agreement filed as Exhibit 10.1.
