C.H. Robinson Completes Sale of European Surface Transportation Business to sennder Technologies GmbH
On February 1, 2025, C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. completed the sale of its European Surface Transportation business to sennder Technologies GmbH, the leading digital road freight forwarder in Europe. This transaction follows the receipt of all regulatory clearances. As a result, the EST operations of C.H. Robinson will become part of sennder, while C.H. Robinson will continue to focus on its core competencies in Europe. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. A press release detailing the transaction is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
