entered into a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger with Liberty Broadband Corporation. The merger, expected to close on June 30, 2027, will see Liberty Broadband stockholders receive 0.236 shares of Charter common stock for each share of Liberty Broadband common stock, and one share of Charter preferred stock for each share of Liberty Broadband preferred stock.
