On July 18, 2024, Stacy Bowman notified Chewy, Inc. of her resignation as Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). The Board of Directors approved David Reeder as the interim CAO on July 22, 2024, effective immediately. Reeder will also continue as Chief Financial Officer.
