The Cigna Group Enters into New Revolving Credit Agreements
Summary
On April 25, 2024, The Cigna Group entered into two new revolving credit facilities: a $5.0 billion Five-Year Revolving Credit and Letter of Credit Agreement and a $1.5 billion 364-Day Revolving Credit Agreement. These agreements replace the company's existing revolving credit facilities and provide for revolving borrowings up to the maximum amounts of each facility.
