The Compliance Committee will be dissolved, with its responsibilities assumed by the Board and other committees. The Audit Committee will be renamed the Audit and Compliance Committee, taking on enterprise compliance oversight. The Corporate Governance Committee will oversee the Company's ethics program and public clinical reporting. Clinical compliance oversight will be a full Board responsibility. Technology-related matters, including strategy, security, and artificial intelligence, will be consolidated into the renamed Finance and Technology Committee.
