CleanSpark Announces Agreement to Purchase up to 160,000 Bitmain S21 Miners
On January 6, 2024, CleanSpark, Inc. entered into an agreement with Bitmain Technologies Delaware Limited to purchase up to 160,000 Bitmain S21 miners, enhancing its mining capacity to 50 exahashes per second (EH/s). The agreement includes an initial purchase of 60,000 miners for $193 million and an option to buy an additional 100,000 miners for $320 million.
