CleanSpark, Inc. Announces Change in Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm
On July 3, 2024, CleanSpark, Inc. announced that its Audit Committee has approved the engagement of BDO USA, P.C. as the Company's new independent registered public accounting firm, effective immediately. MaloneBailey, LLP, the previous auditor, was dismissed. There were no disagreements with MaloneBailey on accounting principles, financial statement disclosures, or audit scope, and no reportable events occurred, except for a previously disclosed material weakness in internal controls. A letter from MaloneBailey is attached as Exhibit 16.1.
