CleanSpark Announces Acquisition of 16.5 MW Bitcoin Mining Facility in Mississippi
CleanSpark, Inc. announced the acquisition of 16.5 megawatts of bitcoin mining facilities in Clinton, Mississippi, for a total purchase price of up to $5,775,000. The acquisition includes the purchase of 100% of the membership interests in Clinton16.5, LLC, and approximately 88 acres of real property. The transaction was announced in a press release on September 17, 2024. The new facility is expected to be completed by December 1, 2024, and will increase CleanSpark's operational capacity in Mississippi to 60.5 MW.
