CleanSpark Modifies Series A Preferred Stock Rights
CleanSpark, Inc. has amended the terms of its Series A Preferred Stock, eliminating quarterly dividends and providing a one-time special dividend of $17.1428571428571 per share. The voting rights of Series A Preferred Stockholders have been modified, and each share will automatically convert into three shares of Common Stock upon a Change of Control Event. The changes were approved by the Board and the Series A Preferred Stockholders.
