Cummins Inc. Announces Completion of $2 Billion Senior Notes Offering
On May 9, 2025, Cummins Inc. completed the issuance of $300 million of 4.250% Senior Notes due 2028, $700 million of 4.700% Senior Notes due 2031, and $1 billion of 5.300% Senior Notes due 2035. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing debt. The notes are governed by an Indenture dated September 16, 2013, and are registered under the Securities Act of 1933.
