CNH Announces Leadership Transition with New CEO Appointment

CNH Industrial N.V. announced on April 20, 2024, the resignation of Scott W. Wine as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, effective July 1, 2024. The Board appointed Gerrit Marx as his successor, who returns to CNH from Iveco Group. Mr. Wine will receive a cash severance of $1.7 million over 12 months, continued vesting of equity awards, and other benefits as per the Senior Leadership Team Employment Agreement. A press release announcing the changes was issued on April 21, 2024.
