Derek Neilson Resigns as President of CNH's Agricultural Segment
On May 30, 2024, CNH Industrial N.V. announced that Derek Neilson, President of its Agricultural Segment, will resign effective September 30, 2024, to pursue a new entrepreneurial project. Neilson, who has been with CNH for 25 years, will receive a cash severance of €1,024,600, continued health care coverage, tax assistance, and pension benefits eligibility. The resignation was disclosed in a press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
