CNH Industrial N.V. Extends Credit Facility Maturity Date
On March 26, 2026, CNH Industrial N.V. (CNH) and Citibank Europe Plc, UK Branch as facility agent, agreed to extend the maturity date of the Company's € 3.25 billion credit facility to April 18, 2031. This amendment to the Credit Agreement is intended to provide the Company with additional financial flexibility. The complete text of the Credit Agreement Amendment is attached as Exhibit 10.1 and incorporated by reference.
