CNH Industrial N.V. Enters New Credit Agreement and Terminates Old One
On April 19, 2024, CNH Industrial N.V. entered into a new multicurrency revolving credit agreement with Citibank Europe Plc, amounting to €3.25 billion, which can be increased by up to an additional €500 million. The new agreement replaces the old five-year credit agreement, which was terminated on the same day. The new Credit Agreement will mature on April 19, 2029, with options to extend by one year twice. The old Credit Agreement, which had an aggregate principal amount of $4 billion, was terminated in connection with the new agreement.
