CNH Industrial Reports Q3 2024 Results and Lowers Full-Year Guidance
On November 7, 2024, CNH Industrial N.V. reported a 22% decline in consolidated revenue for the third quarter of 2024, down to $4.65 billion. Net income decreased to $310 million, or $0.24 diluted EPS, compared to $540 million, or $0.40 diluted EPS, in the same period of 2023. The company also revised its full-year 2024 guidance due to weak industry demand and elevated channel inventory levels, expecting adjusted diluted EPS between $1.05 and $1.15. Financial results showed decreases in net sales across agriculture and construction segments, with adjusted EBIT margins and net income down. Cash flow provided by operating activities increased to $791 million, but industrial free cash flow became an outflow of $180 million. The company plans to share more details at its Investor Day on May 8, 2025.
