CNH Industrial N.V. Extends Credit Facility Maturity Date
On March 24, 2025, CNH Industrial N.V. agreed to extend the maturity date of its €3.25 billion credit facility with Citibank Europe Plc, UK Branch, to April 19, 2030. This amendment to the credit agreement, detailed in Exhibit 10.1, does not currently involve any outstanding borrowings but allows for future borrowings and repayments under the agreement.
