(CERC), a subsidiary of CenterPoint Energy, Inc., announced the full prepayment of multiple series of its Senior Notes, totaling $245,000,000 in aggregate principal amount. The prepayment is expected to occur on March 27, 2026, at 100% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest and a Make-Whole Amount as defined in the respective Note Purchase Agreements.
