Coinbase Reaches Agreement in Principle with SEC to Dismiss Litigation

The District Court's order on March 27, 2024, denied Coinbase judgment on the pleadings for some claims but granted it for others. Following an interlocutory appeal certification on January 7, 2025, Coinbase filed its petition for appeal on January 17, 2025. This resolution is subject to SEC Commissioners' approval.
