In connection with his resignation, the company expects to appoint Molly Abraham, Vice President, Legal, as the new General Counsel and Secretary. Grewal will also serve as an advisor to the company from August 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026, under an advisor agreement, during which he will receive a lump sum payment and continued vesting of his restricted stock units.
