Cencora Completes Acquisition of Retina Consultants of America
Cencora, Inc. completed the acquisition of Retina Consultants of America (RCA) on January 2, 2025, for $4.4 billion. RCA, a leading management services organization of retina specialists, became a subsidiary of Cencora. Cencora acquired approximately 85% of RCA, with certain RCA physicians and management retaining a minority equity interest.
