Circle Appoints Kirk Koenigsbauer to Board of Directors

Circle Internet Group, Inc. announced the appointment of Kirk Koenigsbauer, President and Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft's Experiences and Devices Group, to its Board of Directors on March 16, 2026. Mr. Koenigsbauer, with over 30 years of experience in global enterprise software and cloud services, will serve on the Compensation and Risk Committees. His expertise in scaling cloud platforms and enterprise AI services is expected to strengthen Circle's risk management and global enterprise capabilities.
