Salesforce Updates Corporate Governance
On December 5, 2024, Salesforce, Inc. announced amendments to its Amended and Restated Bylaws to clarify director nomination processes and indemnification terms for directors, officers, employees, and agents. The changes are effective immediately. A copy of the Amended and Restated Bylaws is attached as Exhibit 3.1.
