Jeff Knight Resigns as Chief Development and Operating Officer
Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced that Jeff Knight, its Chief Development and Operating Officer, has resigned effective April 10, 2026. Following his resignation, Mr. Knight has entered into an Independent Consultant Agreement with the Company, under which he will provide certain services for a period of one year, renewable for an additional six months. Mr. Knight will receive compensation of $400 per hour for up to 20 hours per month, along with reimbursement for travel and out-of-pocket expenses. His unvested restricted stock units and stock options will be forfeited, while his vested stock options will remain exercisable for three months after the consulting period ends or until the period is terminated for cause. The agreement also includes a general release of claims and an extension of certain indemnification rights.
