Corteva Announces New Board for Spin-off Company Vylor
On June 26, 2026, Corteva Inc. announced the board of directors for its future crop protection company, following the planned spin-off of its seed business into Vylor Inc. Greg Page will serve as the Independent Chair of the new Corteva board. Four existing board members are resigning to join Vylor's board. The spin-off is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
