Knowles, its current Controller, will resign from her position in February 2026 in anticipation of her retirement. The Board of Directors has elected Amit R. Ghai as her successor, effective March 1, 2026. Mr. Ghai, a long-time Chevron executive with extensive experience in finance and accounting, will serve as Chevron's principal accounting officer.
