Dominion Energy Announces Tender Offer for Series B Preferred Shares
On May 6, 2024, Dominion Energy, Inc. announced a cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 4.65% Series B Fixed-Rate Reset Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock at a purchase price of $997.50 per share, plus accrued and unpaid dividends. The tender offer, which is expected to commence on or about May 7, 2024, and expire on or about June 4, 2024, will be funded with a portion of the net proceeds from a proposed public offering of junior subordinated notes. The announcement is for informational purposes only and is not an offer to buy or a solicitation of an offer to sell any Series B Preferred Shares. The offer will be subject to certain conditions, including the settlement of the Notes Offering.
