Dominion Energy Board Member Resignation and Bylaw Amendments
On June 24, 2025, Paul M. Dabbar resigned from the Board of Directors of Dominion Energy, Inc. upon his confirmation as Deputy Secretary of Commerce, effective June 25, 2025. There was no disagreement with the Company. Additionally, on June 26, 2025, the Company amended and restated its Bylaws to clarify the process for the Board to designate successor officers. The full text of the amended Bylaws is filed herewith as Exhibit 3.1.
