Delta Air Lines Announces Major Leadership Changes
Delta Air Lines, Inc. announced significant leadership changes effective April 2026. John E. Laughter, Delta's Executive Vice President - Chief of Operations and President - Delta TechOps, will retire after a distinguished 30-year career. In his place, Peter W. Carter will be appointed President, Daniel C. Janki as Executive Vice President - Chief Operating Officer, and Erik S. Snell as Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer. Ranjan Goswami will also take on a new role as Chief Marketing and Product Officer. These changes are aimed at strengthening Delta's executive team to support long-term growth.
