DoorDash, Inc. Announces Reincorporation from Delaware to Nevada
On August 6, 2026, DoorDash, Inc. announced that its stockholders holding a majority of the voting power approved the reincorporation of the company from Delaware to Nevada. The Consenting Stockholders, including major shareholders Tony Xu and others, collectively held approximately 54.2% of the voting power. The reincorporation is planned to be effected no earlier than twenty days after the commencement of mailing the Schedule 14C to all stockholders.
