Dell Technologies Announces New Senior Notes Offering
On March 26, 2025, Dell Technologies Inc. and its subsidiaries entered into an underwriting agreement for the issuance of $4 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes due in 2028, 2030, 2032, and 2035.
