Dell Technologies Appoints New Chief Accounting Officer

Richard Troy Sharp, formerly Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Reporting, has been appointed as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective the same date. Mr. Sharp will receive an annual base salary of $368,100 and a target annual bonus of 55% of his base salary, pro-rated for the fiscal year ending January 30, 2026.
