T3 Defense Secures Majority Ownership of ITS Engineering
On February 16, 2026, T3 Defense Inc. acquired a 51% stake in ITS Engineering, an Israeli company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of electro-mechanical machines and assembly lines.
