T3 Defense Inc. Approves New CEO Consulting Agreement
T3 Defense Inc. announced that its Board of Directors, based on the Compensation Committee's recommendations, has approved a new Consulting Agreement with CEO Menachem Shalom. The agreement, effective January 1, 2026, includes a base salary of $60,000 per month, performance-based cash bonuses, and additional milestone bonuses. Shalom will also receive 250,000 shares of common stock quarterly and a relocation grant if he relocates to the United States. The agreement supersedes previous consulting agreements and contains non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality provisions.
