D.R. Horton Announces $700 Million Senior Notes Offering
On February 19, 2025, D.R. Horton, Inc. announced the offering and sale of $700 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.500% Senior Notes due 2035. The offering is expected to close on February 26, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
