Walt Disney Secures $5.25 Billion Credit Agreement
Summary
On February 28, 2025, The Walt Disney Company entered into a new 364-Day Credit Agreement providing for up to $5.25 billion in advances. This agreement replaces an existing credit facility and will expire on February 27, 2026, with an option to extend the maturity date to February 26, 2027.
