On February 27, 2026, The Walt Disney Company entered into a 364-Day Credit Agreement for up to $5.25 billion, replacing its existing 364-Day Credit Agreement. The Company also entered into a Five-Year Credit Agreement for up to $4 billion, replacing its existing Five-Year Credit Agreement.
