Summary
Digital World Acquisition Corp. (Digital World) has entered into a Retention Bonus Agreement with Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (TMTG) to retain key personnel associated with TMTG during the transition period leading up to the proposed Business Combination. Under the agreement, Digital World is liable for the payment of up to $6,380,000 in cash bonuses to TMTG affiliates if certain conditions are met.
