On March 4, 2024, Digital World Acquisition Corp. (Digital World) received notice from Mr. Patrick Orlando, a director and the controlling member of ARC Global Investment II, LLC, of ARC's resignation as the Purchaser Representative under the Merger Agreement with Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (TMTG). ARC appointed RejuveTotal LLC, controlled by Mr. Orlando, as its successor Purchaser Representative. The merger is part of an Agreement and Plan of Merger dated October 20, 2021, with several amendments. Digital World plans to change its name to Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. upon consummation of the merger.
