DraftKings Closes $1.45 Billion in New Credit Facilities
DraftKings Inc. has successfully closed on a $700 million senior secured term loan B facility and a $750 million senior secured revolving credit facility. The term loan, which matures in 2033, was upsized from $600 million due to strong demand. The revolving credit facility matures in 2031. The company intends to use the proceeds for repurchasing convertible notes and other general corporate purposes.
