Dollar Tree Awards Special Performance Shares to Chief Merchandising Officer
On July 5, 2024, Dollar Tree, Inc. awarded Lawrence Gatta, Jr., its Chief Merchandising Officer, a special performance award in the form of performance-based restricted stock units (PSUs). The award, which is part of the Company's 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan, is contingent upon the Executive's continued service until the third anniversary of the grant date.
